Being the old duffer that I am, what more of a sensible idea could there be than starting to train to Box, and before the gags roll in, not in a Tescos Warehouse.

Ive recently starting training at the Sands End Boxing Club, funded and run buy the Metropolitan Police. An official ABA club with fighters competing and training at England level.

Headed up by Coach George Burton ( as seen in photos), Richard Powers, Roy Reid ( also an expert in Shotokan Karate and general all round dude !! ) , and as seen in one of the shots, key member Rachel Bower. The club is simply wall to wall Talent.

On April 9th I start my first level towards being able to help coach by attending the "Leaders" course.
